At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your next home project; if you are not happy with your order, you may return unused yarn in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused yarn skeins in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
